Total population and voting age population by city and community and 2001 supervisorial district;
Total population and voting age population by race/ethnicity, sorted by city/community.
Total population and voting age population by race/ethnicity, sorted by partial census tract with current supervisorial district; this form (3C) must be submitted with redistricting plan proposals. Refer to General Instructions for Developing/Submitting a Proposed Redistricting Plan in the Public Participation Plan (Item 1).
Numbers and percentages of registered voters including political affiliation, and numbers and percentages of Hispanic and Asian surnamed registrants sorted by census tract.
Three (3) County base maps showing incorporated cities, unincorporated areas, census tracts, and current supervisorial district boundaries. The Cities and Unincorporated communities with 2010 Census Tracts Map must be submitted with redistricting plan proposals. Refer to General Instructions for Developing/Submitting a Proposed Redistricting Plan in the Public Participation Plan (Item 1).
Summary table of elements of the plan, including sample. This form must be submitted with redistricting plan proposals. Refer to General Instructions for Developing/Submitting a Proposed Redistricting Plan in the Public Participation Plan (Item 1).
Partial Census Tract Forms. This form is to be used if portions of a tract are assigned to two or more districts. If applicable, this form must be submitted with redistricting plan proposals. Refer to General Instructions for Developing/Submitting a Proposed Redistricting Plan in the Public Participation Plan (Item 1).
A narrative description of the proposed plan, preferably in 250 words or less. The narrative may include a description of how the plan complies with the General Instructions for Developing/ Submitting a Proposed Redistricting Plan in the Public Participation Plan. (Refer to Item 1). This information must be submitted with redistricting plan proposals.
