On December 30, 2006, at 0100 hours, the victim, Paul Chiriboga, while seated in his vehicle, was shot and killed. Further investigation has determined that the above listed individual is possibly responsible for the victim’s death. This subject is a documented member of the “Crow Village Street Gang” in the city of Stanton.
This subject is not known to have a vehicle. The family of this individual has been contacted and does not know his whereabouts.
This subject is on active probation and a Warrant/Probation Hold is being placed in the system. If this subject is contacted by law enforcement, please detain and immediately notify the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
