In the case that you or a family member contracts COVID-19, identify another person in your household or someone who would be willing to care for your pet while you recover. It is important to restrict your contact between pets if you have tested positive for COVID-19. Be sure to prepare an emergency kit for your pet with at least 2 weeks worth of supplies.

OC Animal Care is also hosting a monthly Family Fur-st Drive-Thru Pet Food Pantry for families in need, held the second Saturday of every month from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
